After more than twenty years in leadership roles across manufacturing, construction, and the federal government—including seven years as a senior manager with the Social Security Administration—Michael saw how many capable people struggle simply because they’ve never been taught how to lead.
Michelle’s background in education, legal, nonprofit, and government work gives her a knack for systems and follow-through. She’s the planner and problem-solver who turns good ideas into results. Together, they bring both vision and execution to every engagement.
